Elevate was founded in 2014 by a group of competitors who wanted to create a powerhouse esports organization. What started as a group of friends saving money to send teams to LAN events, turned into an international business with multiple championship teams and over 2-million dollars in prize winnings. Elevate has shown results with Championship rosters in games such as Call of Duty, Rainbow Six, Paladins, World of Tanks, H1Z1, and more.

Elevate’s growth is completely organic within the esports industry and has been built solely by our fanbase. We are one of the last remaining organizations of its size who operates independently. Our hash tag of #RedRebellion stands true to who we are. We are rebels. We have had to fight for every single thing we have earned. This has resulted in a strong cult-like fan base and an even better legacy.

Elevate’s mission is to lead and innovate in player management, relationships with sponsors and partners, and to set a standard for professionalism in one of the largest-growing industries in
the world.

Elevate x Aimlab Partnership (2023)

One of my favorite all-time partnerships while at Elevate was our work with Aimlab! Aimlab is a training software that helps gamers improve their aiming skills in precision-based games. It offers customizable drills and performance analytics to enhance accuracy, speed, and reaction time, making it popular among gamers seeking to boost their in-game performance.

For this project, I collaborated closely with the Aimlab team on marketing while our Creative Director, Devan Sparks, led the creative aspects. By leveraging multiple channels—social media, website placement, and content—we successfully propelled Elevate’s in-game skin to the top of Aimlab’s most purchased items, surpassing those of other organizations and creators who have partnered with them.

The Initial Announcement

To kick things off, I reached out to my go-to expert for sponsorship and partnership content, Driggsy, who I recruited to Elevate in early 2021. As an outstanding tech reviewer with an even better personality, he was the perfect fit for our needs.

The goal of our partnership announcement was to build excitement for the upcoming product while also being transparent with our audience, letting them know, “Hey, we’re working with Aimlab—go support them! We’ve got some really cool stuff on the way.”

The Outcome

After extensive polling, market research, and internal deliberation, we’ve decided to proceed with two weapon models: one resembling the M4A1 to engage our Rainbow Six: Siege community (our flagship title), and the other based on the USP-S, due to its popularity and widespread use in the game.

The design process was straightforward, with Devan delivering exceptional work. Our primary goal was to emphasize the anime “waifu” theme that resonates with the gaming community, and we’re excited to bring this to Aimlab.

As of now, our in-game product is now one of Aimlabs Best Selling skins on the market bringing both parties passive revenue.

Social Media Management

Through engaging with our target audience, I was successfully able to reach 3 Million monthly impressions regularly on Elevate’s X account (formerly Twitter) as it was our main platform to connect with our community.

Out of my thousands of post I have oversaw, created, and executed across all of Elevate’s channels, below I have listed some of my favorites and best performing.
